I’m hosting my next Supper Club on Wednesday 22nd April 2026, and I’d absolutely love you to join me.
Think of it less as “dinner” and more as a gentle, delicious deep-dive — part cultural exploration, part culinary adventure — into the rich, vibrant world of Vietnamese food. Not in a textbook way (no one wants homework with their supper), but through stories, memories, and the flavours that have shaped my own life and kitchen.
We’ll begin the evening with a welcome drink. Then we’ll gather around one long shared table — just 12 seats — which keeps things intimate, relaxed, and gloriously full of conversation.
The menu is rooted in traditional Vietnamese techniques, guided by the seasons, and lifted with generous handfuls of fresh herbs — some of which I’ve grown myself, with varying degrees of horticultural success.
Each dish will be thoughtfully paired with drinks designed to complement and elevate the flavours, rather than shout over them. All drinks are included — a considered selection of sparkling, whites, and reds from our brilliant wine supplier, Charlie — though if you fancy going slightly off-piste, you’re very welcome to explore the main drinks menu on the night.
I’ll be cooking in front of you throughout the evening, sharing the stories behind each dish — where it comes from, what it means to me, and how it fits into the wonderfully complex, regional tapestry of Vietnamese cuisine. It’s as much about understanding the culture as it is about enjoying what’s on the plate.
Come hungry, come curious — and expect a night that’s warm, a little bit different, and (I hope) rather special.
