I’m hosting my next Supper Club on Wednesday 22nd April 2026, and I’d love you to join me.

This is guaranteed to be a truly bespoke dining experience — one that celebrates the vibrant, soulful flavours and deep regional traditions that make Vietnamese cuisine so special to me.

We’ll start the evening with a welcome drink, giving everyone time to settle in, meet one another, and gently slide into the rhythm of the night. Then we’ll gather around one big shared table — just 12 seats — keeping things intimate, relaxed, and full of good conversation (the best kind).

Every dish will be cooked using traditional techniques, seasonal produce, and plenty of fresh Vietnamese herbs — some of which I’ve grown myself. Everything will be thoughtfully paired with drinks chosen to complement and lift the flavours on the plate.

All drinks are included, with a carefully selected mix of sparkling wine, whites, and reds from our wonderful wine supplier, Charlie. And if you’re in the mood for something different, you’re very welcome to choose from our main drinks menu on the night.

Throughout the evening, I’ll be cooking in front of you, sharing the stories behind each dish — where it comes from, what it means to me, and how it fits into the bigger picture of Vietnamese food culture. It’s as much about connection and curiosity as it is about what’s on the plate.
