
After the success of my first Supper Club i've been asked to host more! So come and join me on tbc — a chef-curated dining experience that brings together the vibrant, soulful flavours and deep regional traditions that make Vietnamese cuisine so special to me.
The evening will begin with a welcome drink giving us all a chance to settle in, meet one another, and ease into the flow of the night. We’ll be gathering around a shared table — just 12 seats — to keep things intimate, relaxed, and full of good conversation.
Every dish on the menu will be made using traditional techniques, seasonal produce, and fresh Vietnamese herbs — some of which I’ve grown myself. paired with carefully chosen drinks, selected to complement and elevate the flavours of the food.
Throughout the evening, I’ll be cooking in front of you and sharing the stories behind each dish — where it comes from, what it means to me, and how it fits into the bigger picture of Vietnamese food culture. This is as much about connection as it is about cuisine.
