BOOK A TABLE

• As we are a small restaurant we have limited capacity to cater for larger table (6+) and 12 people is our max. 

• The booking system limits reservations to up to 6 people. If you would like to book for 7 or more then please send us an email at thesaigonkitchen20@gmail.com to arrange a booking.

• TERMS & CONDITIONS We are a limited-seat restaurant and are affected by late cancellations and no-shows, therefore we respectfully ask that if you are unable to make your booking, to please cancel at least 12 hours before. Evening parties that no show or cancel less than 12 hours prior to their booking will be charged £10 per person. (We secure all bookings with card details, which are stored securely). However, we will try our best to avoid charges if we can resell the table. These charges are necessary for our business to ensure that we can provide stable pay to our staff and suppliers, as well as protect the business long term.

• We do have an outside terrace partly under an awning. But, as we can't predict the weather we don't take online bookings for this area. However, you're welcome to call us on the day to try and book outside.

 

• It’s always worth getting in touch if there is no online availability as we may be able to find a table for you.
