​Cooking Classes run

​We’ll cook together using traditional Vietnamese techniques to make classic dishes from all three regions of Vietnam - North, Central, and South.

Expect bold flavours, fresh herbs, and a great mix of textures. 

It’s a hands-on, fun, and intimate class around a big kitchen table. We’ll chop, prep, cook, and then sit down to enjoy everything we’ve made. You’ll learn how to balance the five tastes (sweet, sour, salty, bitter, spicy) and textures (crunchy, soft, chewy, silky, crisp) - plus a bit about yin and yang in Vietnamese meals.

We’ll even explore my herb garden to see what makes Vietnamese food so unique.

Come hungry - there’s a lot of food! And trust me, if I can cook, so can you.
