At The Saigon Kitchen here in Bristol, we’ve created a warm and welcoming space where food is at the heart of every gathering. Our private dining room @23 seats up to 28 guests and is perfect for special celebrations, birthdays, anniversaries, or corporate events.
I’ll work closely with you to create a bespoke set menu or buffet, inspired by the fresh, vibrant flavours of Vietnamese home cooking. Whether it’s a relaxed lunch or an elegant evening meal, I’ll stock you up with your favourite drinks, agree all the details in advance, and be there to make sure you and your guests feel completely at home.

Private Hire – Vietnamese Cooking Classes, Team-Building & More
Looking for something hands-on and truly memorable? The restaurant is also available for private hire experiences for up to 20 guests – ideal for cooking classes, team-building days, or Vietnamese culinary demos.You’ll learn how to prepare an authentic Vietnamese dish from scratch, using family recipes I grew up with, or you can book a food and herb garden demo, where I’ll share how I grow and use traditional ingredients in my cooking. Each experience is tailored to your group and can run for three hours or more, finishing with a tasting lunch or dinner, freshly prepared and enjoyed together.Whether it’s a fun day out for your team, a birthday with a twist, or just something different for your group of friends, I’ll make sure it’s a beautiful, personal experience.
